Dear Ms. Soria Margaret and I wish to thank you and praise your entire staff for the very empathetic and extremely professional care which they have provided for both of us over the past 3 years. Each one has exhibited outstanding knowledge of their specialty and a willingness to go far above and beyond while providing for each of our needs. Please extend our profound thanks to Elizabeth Callais, Sandra Rincon, Odilia Noriega and Edgar Reyna who have each helped us with all of our many medical needs, rehab, even arrange Dr's. appointments and help us complete necessary forms. Dear Ms. Soria, My wife and I would like to recommend that a special thanks be given to Elizabeth Callais for the outstanding service she provided our family during my wife’s illness for the past two months. When my wife was released from hospital care, we desperately required home care assistance. People at the Heart Institute of Brownsville recommended your company. Ms. Callais quickly coordinated our home health care requirements. She interacted with doctors, acquired the home care equipment we needed, arranged for PT and Nurse care. She also arranged for a daily home care provider. She accomplished this in two days. Whenever we had problems or questions, she always responded quickly and effectively.
We have used Valley Home Health for about 2 years since my husband has become homebound due to MS UTI's. he is quite immobile. I want to thank all of your for the wonderful care he has received from all of your people. Special recognition to Nurese Dante P.T. Edgar and Liz C. they always went above and beyond.
